The Coalition of Progressive Stakeholders in Owo/Ose Federal Constituency wishes to alert members of the public and all APC faithful to disregard reports circulating in some quarters claiming that a winner has been declared in the Owo/Ose Federal Constituency primary process.
No official declaration has been authenticated by the appropriate authorities.
We wish to state clearly that the national leadership of the party in Abuja has stepped in decisively to safeguard the integrity of the process and prevent actions capable of causing division within the APC.
It is unfortunate that certain individuals within the party structure have chosen to pursue selfish political interests at the expense of party unity and internal democracy. Their actions are aimed at creating confusion, tension, and unnecessary distraction within the progressive family.
However, such desperate attempts will not succeed.
The intervention from Abuja demonstrates the party’s commitment to justice, fairness, transparency, and the preservation of unity ahead of the greater task of delivering the Renewed Hope Agenda in 2027.
We therefore urge all APC members, supporters, and the good people of Owo/Ose Federal Constituency to remain calm, peaceful, and law-abiding.
- Ignore every unofficial declaration and fabricated result.
- Avoid misinformation capable of heating up the polity.
- Trust the ongoing process now under the supervision of the party’s national leadership.
Honourable Ajibola Kolawole Adetula remains a loyal party man and committed progressive who believes strongly in due process, peace, and democratic principles. He has continued to urge his supporters to remain united, vigilant, and peaceful despite ongoing provocations.
This moment calls for maturity, patience, and unity among all genuine progressives.
Together, we shall protect the integrity of our party and continue the journey toward victory.
