The Director General of Opomulero Group, Hon. Olasupo Olakunori, has declared that Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa possesses the political strength, grassroots connection, and leadership capacity to deliver over 85% of Ondo State votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.
According to DG OPOMULERO, the overwhelming victory recorded by President Tinubu during the APC presidential primary election in Ondo State is a clear indication that the people of the state remain solidly behind the Renewed Hope Agenda and the leadership of Governor Aiyedatiwa.
He stated that the Governor’s inclusive leadership style, peaceful approach to governance, and commitment to development have continued to attract members of opposition parties, including the PDP, ADC, and APM, into the All Progressives Congress in Ondo State.
“Governor Aiyedatiwa has demonstrated capacity, loyalty, and commitment to the progress of the APC and the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. His leadership has restored confidence in the APC and that is why members of opposition parties are daily decamping into our great party across the state,” he stated.
DG OPOMULERO described the 181,966 votes secured by President Tinubu across the 18 local government areas as a massive vote of confidence in the President’s administration and a reflection of the unity currently existing within the Ondo APC under Governor Aiyedatiwa’s leadership.
“With the growing support for the APC across Ondo State and the continuous influx of members from PDP, ADC, and APM into the APC, I strongly believe Governor Aiyedatiwa will deliver nothing less than 85% of Ondo votes for President Tinubu in 2027,” he added.
He further commended party leaders, stakeholders, and APC members across the state for ensuring a peaceful, transparent, and successful primary election, describing the exercise as one of the most organised political processes in the history of Ondo State.
Hon. Olasupo Olakunori also urged APC members to remain united and continue mobilising support for Governor Aiyedatiwa and President Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general election, stressing that Ondo State remains a stronghold of progressive politics in Nigeria.
