RE: BASELESS QUESTIONS LACED WITH IGNORANCE — A RESPONSE TO MOGBOJUYI KAYODE

The so-called “fundamental questions” raised by one Mogbojuyi Kayode are nothing but a desperate attempt to stay relevant through empty rhetoric and poorly constructed propaganda.

First, it must be made clear that Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa does not require validation from individuals who have neither contributed to governance nor demonstrated any measurable value in the political space.

On the issue of qualification, Governor Aiyedatiwa’s legitimacy is not in doubt. He occupies his office constitutionally and has continued to discharge his duties with visible results across Ondo State. Governance is not a social media debate—it is about impact, and that impact is evident.

The reference to a “third term ambition” is not only misleading but intellectually dishonest. It clearly exposes a lack of understanding of constitutional provisions and the current political realities. One wonders if the writer even understands the basics of the law he attempts to reference.

As for loyalty and commitment to Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Aiyedatiwa has consistently demonstrated alignment with the progressive ideals of the APC and the Renewed Hope agenda. His administration has shown cooperation and synergy with the federal government—something critics like Kayode cannot comprehend.

The mention of an “Akure agenda” is laughable at best. Ondo State is bigger than narrow, parochial interests. Governor Aiyedatiwa governs for the entire state, not for sectional or tribal sentiments being pushed by political jobbers.

On the allegation of “administrative indolence,” the records speak louder than noise. From infrastructural interventions to prompt attention to workers’ welfare and retirees’ benefits, this administration has proven its capacity. Only those blinded by bitterness will pretend otherwise.

Let it be stated clearly: Ondo people are politically aware and cannot be misled by cheap questions framed without substance. If Mogbojuyi Kayode seeks relevance, he should engage in constructive discourse rather than embarrassing himself in the public space.

This administration remains focused, resolute, and committed to delivering good governance—regardless of distractions from uninformed critics.
